888gh does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 888gh may, at its sole discretion, withhold funds pending investigation and forfeit funds where fraud or Terms violations are confirmed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
