888gh operates as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the Platform. The Operator responsible for the Platform holds a licence in its registered jurisdiction; details of the operating entity are available upon request through the Help Centre.

10. Data Retention

888gh retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Typical retention periods are as follows:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum period thereafter as required by AML, responsible gambling and tax regulations — typically five (5) years from account closure.
• KYC Documents: Retained for the period required by the applicable AML legislation in the operator's jurisdiction, typically five (5) to seven (7) years from the end of the customer relationship.

13. Children & Minors

888gh is an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 (or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction). Age verification is applied at the point of registration and during KYC review.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact our Help Centre immediately.

14. Specific Notes for Pakistani Users

888gh serves a significant user base in Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The following notes are particularly relevant to Pakistani users:

• National Identity: For Pakistani users, the CNIC is the primary accepted identity document for KYC purposes. All CNIC data is handled with the same level of security as any other Sensitive Personal Data category.
• No Sharing with Pakistani Regulators: 888gh does not voluntarily share user data with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani government body unless required to do so by a valid legal order from a competent authority.
• Payment Data Context: Where you use a Pakistani payment method (such as a mobile wallet or bank transfer linked to services like Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), we process only the transaction confirmation data necessary to reconcile your deposit or withdrawal. We do not retain your full payment credentials beyond what is required for the transaction.
• Applicable Law: Pakistani data protection law is still developing. 888gh applies the data protection standards of its operator's licence jurisdiction, which we believe meet or exceed currently applicable standards.
